Ikejime Quality Certification
Ikejime Quality Certification is based on Japanese industry standards and international research. Following these criteria, Ikejime Quality formalises the procedure for each fish harvesting operation.
We work out together which method of Ikejime is suitable for each fish and harvesting condition.
We check the effectiveness of the Ikejime process chosen.
We test the final quality of the fish.
Once we confirm the procedure is effective, then we formalise the steps and the operation becomes an Ikejime Quality certified site.
